From $50 it is free, everywhere.

We pack your order in 1 to 2 business days. Then it travels, usually 1 to 4 weeks within Asia, 4 to 6 weeks to North America, Europe and Oceania, 4 to 8 weeks to South America, and 6 to 12 weeks to Africa. Weather, customs and carriers sometimes slow a parcel on the road.

When your wonder sets off you get an email with tracking, and you can follow it at thinklery.com/pages/track-order. Tracking often goes quiet for a few days between carriers, which is normal. If nothing has moved for 7 days, give your local post a nudge with your tracking number, and if it is still stuck, write to hello@thinklery.com with your order number.

Your parcel is on its way, or it has reached your country and is waiting for customs or your local post. That stage can take a few days or a few weeks. If it has not moved for 20 days, write to hello@thinklery.com.

Your country may charge import duty or tax on an order sent outside Singapore, which the carrier collects when it arrives. Those charges are not part of our price.

Yes, until we pack it. Write to us as soon as you can; if it has not been packed, we change it or cancel it and refund you in full, no fuss. Once it is on its way, it is still yours to send back within 14 days.

Yes, within 14 days of receiving it, wherever you live and for any reason. Tell us at hello@thinklery.com, then send it back within 14 days of telling us, unused and as it arrived. We refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of getting it back, to the way you paid; the return postage is yours.

We are so sorry. Send a photo and your order number to hello@thinklery.com and we will replace it or refund you in full, postage included. Your legal rights for faulty goods stay exactly where they are.

If it has not arrived within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date, write to us. We will chase it with the carrier and, if it is truly lost, send a replacement or refund you.

We measure the plush itself across its widest part with a cloth tape, never the clip or the ring. Planet Orbys are 6 cm, the Mellow Moon Orby 5.5 cm, Endearing Earth 14 cm, and each Chompybones baby 6 to 7 cm. Every one is sewn by hand, so yours may be half a centimetre either way.

Soft polyester plush on the outside, springy polyester fibre filling inside, and a metal clasp on the keychains, tested for nickel. The newest Orbys wear a stretchier, extra-soft plush that springs back when you squeeze.

Samples of our first production runs were tested by BZT, an accredited lab, to the European toy safety standard EN 71 parts 1, 2 and 3, and every result passed: the planet Orbys, the Mellow Moon Orby and the big planet plushies in November 2025, all six Chompybones babies in December 2025. The clips, rings and pendants were tested for nickel release under the EU’s REACH rules and none was detected. The Chompybones have small parts, so they are not for anyone under 3. Ask us and we will send the full reports.

Hand wash only, gently, then let it dry in the open air, never in a tumble dryer. And if a keychain’s clip or ring ever comes loose, take your friend off the bag and let it retire to a shelf.

Some of our wonders have wandered off to shelves in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur: Science Centre Singapore, the NUS Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum, Petrosains at Suria KLCC, Simply Toys (Changi Terminal 3, Plaza Singapura, Suntec City), Simply Zakka at Jewel, Jurassic Nest at Gardens by the Bay, and NUS Co-op. Shelves change with the seasons, so if you are making a special trip for one particular friend, ask us first and we will check.
