Standard Delivery Times
- North America: 4-6 weeks
- South America: 4-8 weeks
- Europe: 4-6 weeks
- Africa: 6-12 weeks
- Asia: 1-4 weeks
- Oceania: 4-6 weeks
These are approximations. Keep in mind that external conditions may occasionally affect delivery times. Claims for wayward packages must be launched within 4 weeks after their estimated delivery voyage.
Order Preparation
Our creations are made to order, so your order might need some time to be prepared. You'll receive an email with tracking information when it's ready to ship.
In Transit
- "Item sent abroad" means your package is either awaiting transportation or on its way to the destination.
- It can also mean it's in the destination but waiting for customs or local post office processing.
This process can vary from a few days to a few weeks. If it's been stuck for over 20 days, please contact us.
Lost Packages
Most delivery issues are resolved through the courier. Please reach out to them first if you experience any problems.
Returns
- If your package is returned, please contact us right away. We can reship it to you and cover the first reshipment cost.
- Multiple returns incur extra shipping charges. To avoid this and minimise our footprint, please verify your shipping address or provide an alternative one.
