Terms of Service

Welcome to the castle. These terms are the agreement between you and Thinklery Group Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202405942H), 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28 Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051 ("we", "us"), when you visit thinklery.com or buy from us. They work together with our shipping policy, refund policy and privacy policy. We have kept them short and plain. If anything is unclear, write to hello@thinklery.com.

1. Who can shop here

To place an order, you must be 18 or older. To give us your email anywhere on the site, you must be 16 or older.

Please give us details that are true and up to date, and keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

2. Our wonders

We describe and photograph every wonder as truly as we can. Colours on a screen can look a little different in your hands.

Everything you buy from us comes with the rights the law gives you: it must match its description, be of satisfactory quality and be fit for its purpose. Nothing in these terms takes those rights away.

3. Your order

When you check out, you are asking to buy. We accept your order when we email you the order confirmation. If we cannot accept it, we tell you and refund anything you paid, in full.

If a price on the site is clearly a mistake, we tell you before we send anything. You can then go ahead at the right price or cancel for a full refund.

You buy from us for yourself or as a gift, not to resell.

Every wonder is made to wander, so we do not take one back because you changed your mind. Cancelling before we pack, faulty items, lost parcels, and the right to change your mind that the law gives you in some places are all covered in our refund policy. In the European Union and the EEA, that right is 14 days from delivery: you pay the return postage, and we refund you within 14 days of the day you tell us you are changing your mind, though we may wait until we have the item back, or until you show us you have sent it back, whichever is earlier.

4. Prices and paying

You pay the price shown at checkout, when you order. Shipping is added at checkout. Import duty and tax are not part of our price; our shipping policy says where they may apply.

A discount code comes with its own conditions, shown where you use it.

5. Pre-orders

Some wonders are sold as pre-orders, and the product page says so.

• A pre-order is charged in full when you check out.
• It is packed when the stock reaches the castle. We will email you the dispatch date.
• You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Just write to hello@thinklery.com.
• If something keeps us from sending it, we tell you, and you can cancel for a full refund.

6. The members' window

Before the gates open to everyone on 11 November 2026 at 11:11 Singapore time, there is a members' window, starting on a date we announce on this site. During it, only members who are signed in can check out. Becoming a member means making an account. It is free.

7. Coins

Members collect coins and spend them on rewards.

• Earning. You earn 100 coins for every whole S$1 you spend on goods, after any discount and not counting shipping. An order paid in another currency is counted in Singapore dollars. Some ranks and events add more, and your account shows when they do.
• Spending. You spend coins on the rewards in your account. Each reward shows how many coins it takes and any smallest order it works on.
• Refunds. If an order is refunded or cancelled, the coins it earned are taken back.
• Expiry. Your coins expire a year after you last earn or spend coins. A birthday gift from us does not restart that year.
• What coins are not. Coins have no cash value. They cannot be bought, sold, swapped for money or passed to someone else. They belong to your account.
• Changes. We may change the rewards on offer. If we change how coins are earned or when they expire, we will post it on this page before it starts.

8. Delivery

Delivery times are in our shipping policy. Your parcel is our responsibility until it is delivered to you. If it is lost on the way, our refund policy says what we do.

9. Things we ask you not to do

Please do not use the site to break the law, to harm anyone, to send spam or harmful code, to pretend to be someone else, to get around our security, or to copy or scrape the site in bulk. We may close an account that does.

10. Shopping with an AI agent

If software or an AI agent shops for you, you are responsible for what it does. It must say it is an agent in every request it makes and follow any limits we set, and we may limit or stop its access.

11. Our drawings and words

The characters, art, words, photos and designs on this site are ours or used with permission. You are welcome to enjoy and share them for yourself. Please do not copy them for any business use without asking us first.

If you send us a review, a photo or an idea, you let us show and use it, with your name as you gave it. You can ask us to take a review down.

12. Responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit. Apart from that, we are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen when you ordered.

Our shop runs on Shopify. You are buying from us, not from Shopify.

13. The law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in its courts.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, and we change the date at the top when we do. The terms on this page when you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.
