Shipping Policy

Free shipping on orders of S$50 or more, to every country we ship to. The countries we ship to are listed at checkout.

Packing

We usually pack in-stock orders within 1 to 2 business days.

Pre-orders

A pre-order is charged in full when you check out. It is packed when the stock reaches the castle, and we will email you the dispatch date. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships: write to hello@thinklery.com.

How long it travels

Once packed, it usually takes:

  • Asia: 1 to 4 weeks
  • North America, Europe and Oceania: 4 to 6 weeks
  • Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Mexico and Peru): 4 to 8 weeks
  • Africa: 6 to 12 weeks

These are estimates; weather, customs and carriers sometimes slow a parcel down. You will get an email with tracking when it ships, and you can follow it at thinklery.com/pages/track-order.

Duties and taxes

Our prices do not include import duty or tax. When a parcel leaves Singapore, the country it arrives in may charge them.

  • European Union: import VAT and customs duty, including the EU's customs duty on each item in a small parcel, may be collected on delivery, often with the carrier's handling fee.
  • Switzerland and Australia: import tax may be collected on delivery.
  • United States: there is no longer a duty-free allowance for parcels, so duties and fees may be collected on delivery.
  • Everywhere else: your country may charge duty or tax, which the carrier collects on delivery.

The United Kingdom

We are not shipping to the United Kingdom just yet. It opens the moment everything is ready for you there.

In transit

"Item sent abroad" means your parcel is on its way, or has arrived in your country and is waiting for customs or your local post. If your tracking has not moved for 20 days, write to hello@thinklery.com and we will chase it.

If a parcel comes back to us

Write to us straight away. We will send it again and pay for the first resend. Please check your address carefully; further resends are charged.
